Kawasaki Versys-X 300 – Build for adventure
The all new Kawasaki Versys-X 300 has just Launched in India and the bike is available to purchase at Rs 4.60 Lakh. Versys-X 300 is the smallest-displacement bike in the adventure touring list from Kawasaki. This is said to be the smallest Versys in Kawasaki’s line-up.
Kawasaki Versys-X 300 looks hot and this bike first showcased at the 2016 EICMA show in Milan. Kawasaki Versys X-300 is one of the best bike to offer a high level of riding excitement and rider confidence. India Kawasaki Motors also offers the popular Versys 650 and the Versys 1000.
Kawasaki Versys 1000 powered by the Liquid-cooled, 4-stroke In-Line Four engine which can churns out 86.8 kW/ 9,000 rpm power output. The engine have 1,043 cm³ displacement and 102 Nm/ 7,700 rpm torque on ride. It is mated with the 6-speed, return Gears for awesome performance. The company offers High Fuel Efficiency with the Advanced ECU programming.
Kawasaki Versys 650 2018 Model Launched In India and price for the base model starts at Rs 6.50 Lakh. India Kawasaki Motor offers this 2018 edition of the Versys 650 adventurer tourer with stylish new graphics. This is powered by an efficient parallel-twin cylinder motor and churns out 68 bhp at 8500 rpm and 64 Nm of peak torque available at 7000 rpm on ride. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission for smooth ride.
Engine, power and Performance
kawasaki versys x 300 is powered by an efficient and powerful 296 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke parallel twin engine. This is the same efficient and powerful 300 cc parallel twin engine which is currently using in the Kawasaki Ninja 300. This can makes 39 bhp @ 11,500 rpm power and peak torque of 26 Nm @ 10,000 rpm on ride. The engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox for smooth transmission.

The bike is available to purchase at Rs 4.60 Lakh. The bike will go smooth with wide variety of roads. The bike is comfortable for both highway cruising and city riding. Bookings also started via all Kawasaki showrooms across the country. The bike need to competes with upcoming 310 GS and KTM 390 Adventure.
Features and Options
Kawasaki’s heat management technology is another special feature of this bike. There are large openings in the fairing to increase better airflow. There is a radiator fan cover located behind the radiator. This is capable of directing hot air down. So this keeps the rider cool and comfortable.
Other options includes a high-mounted black chrome-tipped exhaust pipe, versatile tube diamond frame, large, non-adjustable windscreen, wide reach handlebars, low-set seat etc. The bike features kerb weight of 175 kg. There is a 17-litre fuel tank for long run.
Suspension and Wheels
Kawasaki Versys-X 300 equipped with a 41 mm, long travel telescopic forks up front suspension. Rear gets Uni-Trak gas-charged monoshock suspension. There is a tall-ish design with the 19-inch wheel up front shod in 100/90 rubber. Rear packed with 17-inch rim in a 130/80 tyre.
Brakes and Clutch
There are assist and slipper clutch for best stability. Safety is well assured with 290 mm petal disc up front. Rear packed with 220 mm petal disc. Both brakes packed with dual-piston calipers and ABS for smooth braking with safety.
