2014 Maruti Swift Hatchback faceliftMaruti Swift facelift enjoying a grand position in the hatch back segment since 2005.  Then again in 2011 the all Swift launched and it was also big success. The 2014 version point will be next turning point for the company with the facelifted versions. new 2014 Maruti Swift hatchback and Dzire sedan facelift will launch soon in the next year July itself. The main rival for the Swift is the recently launched Honda Amaze.

Look, Style and Dimensions

The exterior styling factors of the Swift hatchback  includes  revised front bumper, L shaped LEDs,  new grille  etc. The car gets minor updates in design and styling. Changes in the interior includes new design seat fabric and Power folding wing mires, black, blue and grey color combinations in interior, Auto Up function for the driver side power window and auto headlamps.

Powering the facelifted version will be the same 1.2-litre K-Series petrol engine and 1.3-litre DDIS diesel engine. Currently the  1.2 litre K-series engine in petrol offering 86 bhp of power at 6000 rpm and 114 Nm torque at an rpm of 4000. The 1248cc engine CRDi engine in diesel offers power of 75 bhp at 4000 rpm and 190 nm torque at 2000 rpm. Engine mated with 5 speed manual gearbox.

Safety and Comfort Features

Safety and comfort features will be added more in the facelifted 2014 versions top variants of ZXI and ZDI. New version will be equipped with the cruise control,  keyless entry, all-new 16 inch alloys, leather wrapped steering wheel and a button start ignition option. The price hike for the facelifted versions will be Rs. 50,000-60,000/- than the regular top variants.
